Beata works with high-performers to raise their game.
She has been inspiring and motivating people for years, first as a human resource consultant - working with leaders and high-potentials and leading hr teams, then as a coach and mentor, then as entrepreneur.
In September 2018, she started her own business in Qatar with an objective to support the Qatar Vision 2030, especially bringing more Qatari women to leadership and helping them regaining and maintaining their health.
She focuses on executive, leadership and health coaching and works with people across industries and countries.
2 years ago she joined the WildFit Challenge herself to get her Hashimoto’s and multiple allergies under control, and after a successful journey she became a Certified WildFit Coach to help others get their health back.
Her passions: peak performance and flow state, archery, painting and continuous upgrading as a human being.
