In one of our sessions, I prepared with Beata for a very important business meeting. She asked me: “What is the worst that can happen, so that you consider it as not successful and what would be the consequences?”

It took me an eternity to answer that question, because in fact there was nothing really bad I could think of and all of the sudden, I was looking forward to that meeting, which I was facing with fear all the weeks before.

Since then this question helps me to calm down and step out of that loop of nervousness and uncertainty. And that is, what makes Beata outstanding: An easy to follow, very efficient, but also fun way of coaching.
